The Chamber Action Network (CAN) provides comprehensive resources to help local chambers, economic developers and business advocates easily engage with what is happening at the State Capitol while staying focused on the economic needs and opportunities in their own communities. A project of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, CAN is a grassroots effort to ensure the voice of every business is heard at the State Capitol.
CAN participants have access to a range of resources designed to make it simple for your chamber or economic development organization to advocate for pro-business issues. These resources include weekly email updates and bi-weekly calls throughout session on important legislation affecting Oklahoma’s business climate. CAN also provides toolkits throughout the year to help you facilitate grassroots political advocacy, voter engagement and more. The process is streamlined to help chambers and business advocates engage at the capitol successfully, but decisions about if and when to engage are left to your executives and your board.
