As you may know, enrollment for the Oklahoma Chamber Blue Association Health Plan (AHP) has been temporarily suspended since May 2019 due to a federal court ruling on AHPs. The U.S. Department of Labor filed an appeal on the ruling, but there has been no decision made by the court.
With benefit renewal time upon us and yet still no decision, the Oklahoma Chamber Blue AHP is unable to offer renewals and new enrollment options for January 1, 2020 coverage.
We are hopeful the U.S. District Court will take quick action on the appeal and rule in our favor. However, until a final ruling is made, new enrollment and renewals for January 1, 2020 for the Oklahoma Chamber Blue AHP remain suspended.

The State Chamber of Oklahoma is pleased to partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma to offer its small business members more flexibility and options for group health coverage through an association health plan called Oklahoma Chamber Blue.
The Oklahoma Chamber Blue program is available to State Chamber members with 2-50 employees in all 77 counties or through participating Small Business Chamber Alliance partners.
Benefit options include medical, dental and vision plans.

Once the paperwork has been completed, the packet should be sent to statechamber@bcbsok.com in order to continue the enrollment process. Please submit the Final Census and Master Application as Excel spreadsheets (do not convert to a PDF).
