After the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled Senate Bill 608 unconstitutional, Fred Morgan, president and CEO of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, released the following statement:

“Today’s ruling from the Oklahoma Supreme Court affirms the State Chamber’s position: If a supplier wishes to utilize one wholesaler, they should be free to do so without government’s red tape.”

“Senate Bill 608 represented a law that no one wanted or needed, and we are glad the state Supreme Court affirmed the lower court’s ruling by declaring it unconstitutional.”
