State Chamber of Oklahoma names Hayley Thompson as its new Vice President of Membership

The State Chamber of Oklahoma announced today that Hayley Thompson will serve as its new Vice President of Membership. Thompson will help lead the State Chamber’s membership and recruitment efforts, as well as manage current membership.

Thompson completed her master’s degree at the University of Central Oklahoma and is also a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma. No stranger to the business community, she brings to the State Chamber an array of experience, from serving as a regulatory consultant for Public Service Company of Oklahoma, working as a policy and planning administrator for the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, and directing projects at Sagac Public Affairs.

“Hayley’s background and experience in regulatory affairs make her the perfect fit for understanding our members and the challenges they face,” said Fred Morgan, President and CEO of the State Chamber. “We are excited to welcome her to our team.”

“I am very excited about the opportunity presented to me,” Thompson said. “I know firsthand how burdensome regulations can hurt businesses. I am excited to travel the state, learning from our members and recruiting new ones to the State Chamber of Oklahoma.”
