State Chamber of Oklahoma applauds extension of CNG and EV infrastructure incentives

House Bill 2095 extends the sunset date for the compressed natural gas (CNG) and electric vehicle (EV) tax credits to 2028


Oklahoma City (May 6, 2019) – After Gov. Kevin Stitt signed into law House Bill 2095, Fred Morgan, president and CEO of the State Chamber of Oklahoma, released the following statement:

“The purpose of most tax incentives is to boost job creation, capital investment, and economic activity. By signing House Bill 2095 into law, Governor Stitt clearly recognizes the success that compressed natural gas (CNG) and electric vehicle (EV) tax credits have in creating economic activity.”
