State Chamber Launches OKJobKillers.com

Oklahoma City (February 26, 2018) – The State Chamber of Oklahoma has launched their annual “OK Job Killers” website for legislative session. The site, OKJobKillers.com, provides a list of proposed bills that are detrimental to Oklahoma’s economy and job-creation efforts.

“Jobs are one of the primary concerns of Oklahoma families,” said Mike Jackson, Executive Vice President of Government and Political Affairs. “Most people don’t have the time to keep up with the large number of bills going through the legislative process, so OKJobKillers.com compiles some of the bills that would be most harmful to Oklahoma jobs and businesses.”

The site highlights pending legislation that would expand government red tape, raise taxes on businesses, impose costly mandates or roll back successful programs or reforms. OKJobKillers.com also provides information on how citizens can contact their legislators about these job-killing bills.
